Technische Bestandsvewertung mit der Faktorenmethode nach ISO 15686 unter Verwendung von Simulation

Abstract: This work presents an approach to service life estimation of building components. It uses the factor method described in the ISO 15686 st andard. The method is combined with Monte-Carlo-Simulation to face uncertainty of com ponents degradation. Results of the model are used for service life estim ation on a non-residential building and compared to established method results.
