Anforderungen an den Ökobilanziellen Vergleich verschiedener Bauweisen am Beispiel eines 1-2 Familienhauses

Abstract: Within the context of environmental friendly residential buildings, the data basis for neutral comparisons of different construction types is rather rare. Combined with this fact only few scientificbased findings exist. If the possibility shall persist to choose an environmentally advantageous method of construction, an objective comparison of the chosen construction type with alternative types has to be carried out. The basic principles for such a comparison and the specification of adjunctive requirements are outlined within this paper. Furthermore a building model, compiled for a comparative Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for the application in specific LCA software will be presented, as well as its practical applicability with the help of two building examples shown.
