Systematische Untersuchung von Sanierungsmaßnahmen für Wohngebäude der 50-er und 60-er Jahre

Abstract: Within the framework of the project „integral energy concept Karlsruhe Rintheim“ exemplary retrofit solution for residential buildings are developed. Apart from optimum cost-efficiency a minimization of primary energy employment and CO2-emissions is to be achieved. A local heat supply net is installed - fed from CHP and waste heat. The buildings have a different retrofit scenario in terms of insulation, heat production and delivery, domestic hot water production and air-handling systems. The operation is monitored by measuring technique and will be constantly optimized. The inhabitants will be included into the energy saving efforts, and can have a monthly summary of their consumption provided by an on-line portal.
