Simulationen zum Verhalten der Raumluftfeuchte und des Wärmehaushalts in einem Lehmbauhaus

Abstract: The residence Fam. Rauch (Schlins, Vorarlberg) was subject for an evaluation of the energy demand for heating and hygrical comfort using dynamic-thermal building simulation. The aims were (1) to investigate the influence of the material properties of adobe and reet on the energy demand for heating and (2) to evaluate the thermal comfort in individual rooms taking into account the hygro-thermal properties of adobe. The results indicate a max. reduction of the energy demand for heating of 15% by increasing the thermal resistance of adobe and reet constructions compared to the Austrian energy performance. The hygrical comfort can be significantly improved. The hygro-thermal storage capacity of adobe reduces the changes of the internal rel. humidity. The rel. hu- midity level can be kept nearly constant even at strong varying external humidity levels.
