Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulationsverfahren für Hausenergiesysteme

Abstract: As the future melting pot of different forms of energy, home energy systems are one of the key enablers for the future smart grid technology. The connections and interactions among different energy domains are the main impulse for innovation and development of advanced home energy systems as well as home energy management systems of new generation. In this work a multi-physics test bed will be introduced which supports the testing of renewable and conventional home energy systems with controller under various test scenarios. The test bed, based on HiL simulation technology, provides a platform to test the real hardware and controllers under the complex, simulated boundary conditions, which closes the gap between numeric simulations with dynamic boundary conditions and typical lab experiments with static boundary conditions.
