Modellierung des thermischen Energiebedarfs des Universitätscampus Berlin-Charlottenburg

Abstract: For the simulation of the thermal energy consumption of university campus BerlinCharlottenburg Modelica-models for buildings, installations and local heat distribution networks are discussed. In a subsequent project phase these models will be simulated in conjunction with models for an Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES) and an absorption heat transformer models. Their interfaces are presented. The models are validated on the basis of consumption data of the university campus. Additionally they are cross validated with detailed models created in the building simulation software IDA ICE. It needs to be evaluated whether building performance simulations of already existing buildings yield useful results when knowledge of building parameters is partly insufficient.
