Komfort für Passivhaus-Büros – Anlagenoptimierung und Bewertung der thermischen Behaglichkeit aus „pragmatischer” Sicht

Abstract: The numerical investigations described in this paper are a continuation of a study of different systems for air conditioning / ventilation of passive house offices presented at BauSIM2012 under the title "COMFORT FOR PASSIVE HOUSE OFFICE". At that time the analysis of the basic suitability of the investigated concepts were central, in a following project the possibilities of extensive control engineering optimizations were investigated, always with the aim of optimum thermal comfort with efficient energy consumption during the entire occupancy period. It was found that none of the studied variants could ensure throughout category A according to DIN EN ISO 7730. Therefore, a comprehensive review in the regulations and standard guidelines for thermal comfort and air quality was carried out. Based on the findings from a pragmatic point of view some methods or strategies were created, to obtain a comparative assessment of all studied system configurations with respect to the reachable comfort characteristics.
