Instationäre Energiebedarfs- und Angebotssimulation eines Stadtquartiers mit Einbeziehung des Nutzerverhaltens

Abstract: This paper describes the extension of an existing calculation model, which allows instationary quantification of the effects of the present and future energy demand of building groups. With the extension it will be possible to calculate the instationary behavior of buildings, their technical systems and the user behavior in detail. Thereby local effects of refurbishments can be quantified and the interdependencies of multiple buildings can be evaluated. As an example this model is applied to a building stock which consists of 24 buildings. 3 scenarios are simulated to demonstrate the influence of the user behavior on the instationary simulation of this building stock. The result points out the tremendous effect of the user behavior which has to be considered thoroughly with the use of renewable energy sources like photovoltaics.
