Prädikative Regelung thermoaktiver Bauteilsysteme unter Berücksichtigung der hydraulischen Topologie

Abstract: Thermo-active building systems (TABS) enable the utilization of environmental heat sources and sinks for space heating and cooling, that allows reductions of the final energy demand. Due to the high thermal capacity of TABS the control to achieve a high thermal comfort is made difficult. The presented research activities focus on the development of predictive control strategies for TABS. Eight predictive control strategies are evaluated taking into account three different hydraulic topologies for the connection of the TABS to the central heat and cold generation system. Dynamic optimizations of the control strategies are realized using a thermohyraulic simulation model of an office building in Dymola/Modelica. In a comparative analysis, the achieved thermal comfort and the thermal energy demand are evaluated.
