Bewertung der transienten thermischen Behaglichkeit in einer realen Fahrzeugumgebung

Abstract: Thermal comfort is an important factor for satisfaction of building and vehicle users. In contrast to stationary HVAC systems in buildings, the available heating and cooling energy is limited in modern high-efficiency vehicles, especially with electrical powertrains. To meet the conflicting goals of energy consumption – equal to range – and thermal comfort mathematical and physical models are essentially to predict thermal sensation and comfort of passengers. The valuation methods in development of HVAC systems in automotive industry are imperfect referring to the available scientific methods compared to buildings. The demand for more energy efficiency and the use of new local air-conditioning technologies force the simulative and metrological prediction of climate impact. For evaluation of comfort in vehicles a transient Thermal-Comfort-Model especially for conditions of vehicle occupants is presented. Therefor already existing modeling approaches were analyzed, further developed and expanded for a wider application range.
