Buildingsystems – eine modular hierarchische Modellbibliothek zur energetischen Gebäude- und Anlagensimulation

Abstract: The Modelica BuildingSystems library is being developed for the dynamic simulation of the energetic behaviour of single rooms, multi-zone buildings or entire city districts. The simulation models of the library describe the dynamic energy balance of the building envelope under consideration of the building geometry, the thermal properties of the building construction, the ambient climate and the user behavior. A correspondent energy supply system, e.g. a solar driven air conditioning system can be included in a superior building system. First of all the article describes the model architecture and the properties of the library. Second, three different case studies, on the scales of a single room scale, a building and a city district shall demonstrate the flexible approach of the library.
