Erweiterung von Modellen zur Anwendung strukturvariabler Simulationen in Modelica

Abstract: In modeling and simulation of building systems compromises between accuracy and simulation time are often necessary. For performance reasons one would like to use 1D models, but for reasons of accuracy 3D models would be preferred. Variable-structure simulations are a modeling concept, only to simulate complex behaviour of a model when needed. The specification of a switch between two models must currently be manually implemented and is even with simple models a very high workload. In this publication the concept of a standardized extension of Modelica models for a simplified integration in a variable-structure simulation is presented. It is shown that in this way the semiautomated creation of the specification of a switch between two models is possible.
