MODELLIERUNG EINER SOHLPLATTENKUHLUNG MIT TRNSYS UND UNTERSUCHUNG DER EFFIZIENZ AM BEISPIEL EINES KLEINEN MEHRFAMILIENHAUSES

Abstract: When analysing the heat protection in summer by the German standard DIN 4108-2, it is possible to take into account passive cooling systems. Such systems are characterized by a low energy demand because energy is only required for transporting the heat transfer medium. One example is the use of thermally active building components combined with cooling via the base plate. The efficiency of such systems is not proved sufficiently yet. Within the scope of a dissertation the base plate cooling is analysed for a small multi-family house. A parametric study by thermal dynamic simulations with TRNSYS shows the possibilities and limits of the system. This paper shows the results of achieving the normative requirements and the efficiency of the base plate cooling.
