Abstract: This paper explores the prospects for defining multiaspect indoor-environmental performance indicators. Specifically, it discusses potential approaches to aggregating the values of performance indicators from different domains into the value of unified construct intended to capture the overall quality of indoor environments as relevant to occupants' comfort requirements. To this end, the potential of numeric weighting strategies and controlled experimental studies are discussed. The key objective is to provide a structured conceptual framework and a preliminary feasibility assessment with regard to the formulation and operationalization of multi-aspect indoor-environmental performance indicators.
